Auto shopping

Maar dat was toch iets buiten ons Budget. Hebben uiteindelijk een Dodge Caravan, voor auto liefhebbers misschien interessant te weten. Zijn nog steeds in Richmond, Meg en Dave hebben ons aangeboden nog een paar dagen langer te blijven. Vandaag ons eerste "sollicitatiegesprek" gehad met de chef van Mt. Seymour en we hebben ook een toezage gekregen, dus we zouden de winter in Vancouver kunnen blijven. Zijn nog een paar andere skischolen, dus de keuze wordt steeds moeilijker.

First days in Richmond

Our arrival was great, Meg Comiskey was waitig for us and we were welcome to stay the first nights with them, Thanks a lot! Our flight was a bit late on schedule, but after waiting for all bags and getting our Visa done, we were outside the airport around 22.30.
The first couple of days in Richmond we have been looking for a car and have opened our new bank account (transfers are welcome, ask us for the details....:-)!
We are still applying a lot and might visit a job fair next week in Vancouver. The wetter has been good since we arrived, although just now it started raining a bit. The forecast tells rain for the coming days but we hope the weekend will be better.
Tomorrow we would like to go into Dowtown Vancouver and explore the city.
